Panic Chicken, provided by King Tecnologia da Informação Ltda, is an arcade game for entertainment. Contact: suporte@king.app.br. No player account is required. This version has no online leaderboard or Game Center.
2. License and use
Your license is personal, limited and non-exclusive. Respect rights in the game, images, sounds and other materials. Do not distribute unauthorized copies, abuse vulnerabilities or interfere with systems or purchases.
3. Runs and progress
Records, statistics and discovered items are stored on your device. Synchronization or recovery on another device is not guaranteed. Resetting progress removes the game data described by that option while keeping preferences, consent choices, tutorial status and Premium ownership.
4. Ads and continuation
The ad-supported edition may show banners and limited interstitials. Rewarded video is optional, requires a loaded ad and allows one continuation per run. Availability depends on connectivity and the provider; watching an ad is not required to start a run.
5. Premium: one-time purchase
Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, without a subscription. It removes banners and automatic interstitials and allows one continuation per run without video. Apple shows the applicable price and currency before purchase. Restore ownership through the Premium menu using the corresponding store account. Resetting progress does not cancel the purchase. Refunds follow legal rights and Apple’s rules.
6. Platforms and availability
The first native release is for iPhone. Android is in development; no native iPad edition is promised. Purchases, ads and connected services need internet access and may be unavailable. Updates may change features while respecting acquired rights and applicable law.
7. Privacy, minors and rights
Read this game’s privacy policy for local data, King OS, Google and your choices. The Apple age rating is 4+ in most countries, with regional variations; follow the rating shown in your store. Guardians should supervise minors. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
