1. Controller and scope
King Tecnologia da Informação Ltda is responsible for processing related to Panic Chicken. For access, deletion or questions, contact suporte@king.app.br and name the game. This policy describes the implementation prepared for the first iPhone release; the review notice above identifies outstanding operational confirmations.
2. Local data and no account
No registration or login is required. Records, runs, statistics, survival, daily goals, collection, tutorial, preferences and consent choices are stored on the device. There is no online leaderboard or Game Center. Images or text are shared only at your request through apps you choose. Having no account does not mean SDKs transmit no data.
3. King OS and operation
The King OS SDK starts at launch independently of the Google statistics setting. It uses pseudonymous user/device IDs, sessions, platform, version and the device locale’s country/region; on iOS identity may persist in Keychain or preferences. It sends presence and periodic activity signals, uses remote configuration, experiment/promotion assignments and an offline queue. These IDs are not irreversible anonymization. Locale region is not GPS location.
4. Google AdMob and advertising choices
Google AdMob and UMP provide ads and privacy choices. Current requests are for non-personalized ads; the SDK may still process technical data, interactions and diagnostics. The UMP flow precedes production ad requests and presents applicable choices. This version does not implement an ATT prompt. The statistics option does not disable AdMob or King OS.
5. Optional statistics: Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics/Google collection starts disabled. The “Help improve the game” control was removed from Options; removal does not grant consent. New installations remain without Analytics collection by default and previous choices are preserved. When valid consent exists, events include opening, tutorial, run start/end, score, duration, extra life, powerups, Premium opening and reminder opening, plus automatic SDK events and technical identifiers. Manual events do not include names, contacts, shared text, receipts, tokens or King OS IDs.
6. Changing statistics consent
A new Analytics consent and withdrawal flow still needs completion before enabling collection for new installations. This control is no longer in Options. For questions or requests about previous choices and history, contact suporte@king.app.br. Stopping future collection or clearing local data does not automatically delete history already sent to Google. Analytics ad personalization, ad storage and ad user data are denied; Analytics IDFA/Advertising ID and IDFV are disabled. This does not control other SDKs’ data. This version has no Crashlytics or Firebase Messaging.
7. Purchases and payment providers
Apple/StoreKit processes the one-time Premium purchase and restoration. The game does not receive card numbers. After confirming ownership, it may report SKU, product name, value, currency and SDK technical IDs to King OS. This report does not send receipts or tokens for King OS validation. Apple and Google process service data under their policies and applicable controls.
8. Local reminders and permissions
Reminders require system permission requested after three runs. There is no reminder switch in Options; manage permission in device settings. The device schedules silent notices after 1, 3, 7, 14 and 20 days away, at the last opening time. Returning replaces the schedule. Language and time zone are used locally; there is no server push or push token. Reminder-opening events may go to Analytics only when its collection is authorized. The game does not use GPS, camera, microphone or contacts.
9. Purposes and legal grounds
Local data saves progress and choices; King OS supports operation, presence, remote configuration and purchase reporting; Apple processes purchases; AdMob serves ads; Analytics measures use only when you opt in. Reminders depend on your choice and system permission. Confirmation of the legal grounds for other processing remains part of the pending operational review; this text does not authorize new collection generally.
10. Retention, transfers and security
Preferences and progress remain on the device until applicable clearing actions. The game’s Google Analytics property retains events for 2 months and user data for 14 months, resetting the user period on new activity; aggregated reports follow Google’s separate rules. King OS daily operational cleanup is configured for presence and minute history older than 30 days, with execution verified. This does not automatically cover purchase records, experiments, logs or backups; their retention and deletion remain under review. Apple, Google and King infrastructure may process abroad; applicable contractual safeguards are still being verified. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
11. Deletion, rights and minors
Resetting progress does not delete King OS/Google records, Keychain identity or purchase ownership; uninstalling does not guarantee this either. Request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, deletion or other applicable rights at suporte@king.app.br. We may request minimal information to identify account-free access, never passwords, card details or tokens. You may contact the ANPD or competent authority. The Apple age rating is 4+ in most countries, with regional variations. This rates content and does not constitute consent to process children’s data. Guardians should supervise use by minors; report suspected inappropriate collection to suporte@king.app.br.
